At Foundation Academy, there are many ways to share your time and talent as a parent through volunteering. Whether you’re interested in joining our parent-teacher organization PAWS, participating in our weekly Moms in Prayer Group, assisting with athletics or our fine arts league, or assisting with another area in need, we have a spot for you. Open Volunteer Board Positions*

Required: Background check and complete application/policy form.
Meetings: Monthly at the Tilden Campus
Spirit Night funds annual Teacher Grants/special supplies
Rep confirms Spirit Night locations for the year (consider FA family owned locations)
Requests locations to give 20-25% & tracks all information
Creates Spirit Night flier & forwards to campus reps & Development for marketing
Rep sends Thank you letters to managers 10 days after events
Rep collects photos on site – emails to: keystone@ycdwkj666.com
Picks up the checks from managers – in 10 business days

Meetings: Monthly
Preferred experience in accounting.
Documents & tracks financial reports for the board.
Codes the deposits & transactions & keeps all files in Shared PAWS drive.
Management of funds shall be in accordance with Foundation Academy accounting practices.

Management of funds shall be in accordance with Foundation Academy accounting practices.

Meetings: Monthly
Manages the Volunteers for Fine Arts League for Tilden.
Works closely with Fine Arts Director to train volunteers for that campus.
Assists with getting volunteers for Fine Arts events.
Advocates with companies to purchase branding sponsorships.
Assists Fine Arts Director with special projects, as needed.
Assists with getting items for the Annual school Auction which supports PAWs, Fine Arts & Athletics.

The Treasurer shall have the charge to track the budget and funds of the Booster Club.
Balance and maintain financial statements for all Booster Club Activities; report profit and loss on fundraising activities.
Present a budget report at Board meetings.

Shall preside at meetings when the Booster President is absent.
Assume the duties of the Booster President in the event of incapacity for the balance of the term.
Provide support primarily to the Booster President.
Focus on Annual Golf Tournament, Welcome back BBQ, Auction, Membership drives and other fundraising activities.

Assists with marketing & promoting the following, assist with getting company sponsorships, but not limited to:
- Welcome Back Annual BBQ
- Annual Golf Legacy Classic Tournament
- Annual Auction
- Booster membership drives
- Assist Director of Family Enrichment to Promote Branding Sponsorships to local companies
